Before entering your wines:

- Prepare your wine delivery in accordance with the following Shipping Guidelines
- Follow the proceeding steps and enter your wines through our online system
HOW TO ENTER YOUR WINES ONLINE
STEP 1
All entries must be completed online. Previous entrants from 2009 will be able to keep their login information. Remember: Agents representing multiple wineries can select their profile COMPANY which will allow them to manage all their wineries from a single account.
Communication from the International Value Wine Awards is primarily by email. This includes email updates, competition information and reminders, and awards notification. Please ensure that emails from @wineaccess.ca and @redpointmedia.ca are not being blocked by your email software.
*We suggest that you keep this window open while you create your profile and move through the process step-by-step
- Create winery profile under WINERY LOGIN.
You will receive a winery login pass via e-mail shortly after creating your profile. Use this login pass to access to your account.
- New registrations will be prompted to select whether they are a Company or Winery.
- Company should be selected by parties that are planning on entering wines from multiple wineries or brands.
- Winery will be the best choice for those entering products from a single winery.
- Click on WINERY PROFILE to enter submitter information.
- Click on REGISTRATION to submit a wine. Follow the prompts to complete wine submission.
Due to the international nature of the competion, it can be difficult to notify winners of their success in the competition. Please while logged in to the competition software, verify and update your users if needed, and ensure that the contact information is correct for awards notification.
STEP 2
Once all wine entries for a winery are complete, make payment via our online secured payment system.
The entry fee for this competition is $100 CDN per entry plus 5 per cent GST.
STEP 3
Prepare shipments for your entered wines in accordance with the Shipping Guidelines.
PLEASE NOTE that our Shipping Guidelines require you to consult with your Alberta agent on how to deliver a minimum of 3 bottles of each wine entered.

Complete results as they appear in the magazine will be posted on wineaccess.ca.
